We stayed at this hotel and were impressed with its clean and modern facilities. The lobby was grand and the staff were friendly and capable, with good English skills. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in ordering a taxi. The room service menu was great and the hotel had a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
With several restaurants closed during our visit, the only option for food was in the bar. However, the staff were helpful in providing this option for us.

Comfortable bed, daily change of toiletries and room cleaning, staff is smiling, coffee for breakfast was OK. If you ask for wake up call, they'll call you three times :)
Old rooms, dried bread and cheese at breakfast.

HEALTH CLUB
To have a bus that takes tourists to the Center or museums due to the difficulty with the language. Taxi drivers don't know English and barely read Chinese on their cards. Many difficulties with communication in order to go to the center of the city.

The location was a bit far from the tourist attractions, but it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who could speak English well. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe and dining table added to the convenience. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable, allowing us to stay connected. The free toiletries and electric kettle were thoughtful touches. The flat-screen TV, carpeted floor, and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and offered delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The staff made sure that our needs were met and helped us navigate the hotel with ease. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and exercise gym, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing break.
This place is highly recommended for families.

Infrastructure is at good level. Acceptable breakfasts, but they are expensive.
The hotel is old, even though they're trying to keep it well. There's a smell in the room - I had to turn on the air conditioning.

early in the morning i got a room at 10.30 a.m. so i could take a shower and rest. that was world class ! . The breakfast room could also be used for meetings until 12.00 noon.
A smaller room for up to 6 - 10 people would be ideal for meetings.

Great orthopedic mattresses. After a day, they checked and asked if we needed anything extra. Coffee machine.
A little far away from the subway station.

Excellent location, just a short taxi ride away from all the tourist attractions. The room amenities were great and made for a comfortable stay. Despite the drawbacks of the breakfast, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall good experience.

Located near the CBD area, the hotel has the advantage of being very close to the exhibition center, which is convenient for business travelers. the breakfast buffet is pretty good with various options. it is better to avoid the main restaurants nearby, as they are known for their uneatable dishes.
Some of the staff at the reception had poor English skills, making communication difficult.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised with my accommodations. the spacious rooms and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. Location was also a key factor, as the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and dining options. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and airport shuttle provided an added bonus.
The gym equipment was outdated and in need of an upgrade. the breakfast offered was also overpriced and not up to par with other hotel options in the area.

Very convenient and efficient money exchange on site.
The rooms were very dated and the work out room had very limited equipment.
